Answers:
1.) I’ve selected the web links below:
a. In this web link, I’ve watched Johnny the Bagger personalized his service by his “thought of the day”. Every customer’s are willing to wait at the line just to have that thought of the day by Johnny and it touched a lot of customer’s heart. Like, the video says, “Great Service comes the heart”. It wasn’t that innovative, but it loved and it came from his heart – heart of Johnny.
- I’ve chosen this link because it inspired me in the thought of “self-discipline is equivalent to personal greatness”. To develop self-discipline you must have the 7 traits. Achieving Goals, Building up Character which it helps to increase self-worth and your self-esteem. Time it is always your enemy, you can’t take back what you’ve done but you can make it sensible to arrange it. Health has 5 P’s they are proper weight, proper diet, proper exercise, proper rest, and proper attitude. Money will never be a problem if you have self-discipline and you may reach your financial goals. Courage if you have self-discipline you can do it without fear in life. Lastly, responsibility where you control thoughts and feelings if you have self-discipline.
- Attitude is everything. I’ve chosen this web link because I’ve learned a lot. Like, whatever you do to others might come back to you. It is always to know your attitude and adjust them if they have to be adjusted.
d. Power of Team Work. I’ve chosen this web link because like everyone else said, two heads are better than one but it is better to do it with the team. Some can classified their team into winners and losers but it is not right to do that ‘cause every member have a role to the success of the team.
e. Lastly, I’ve chosen the web link of essence of leadership or the leadership movie, because every company, every service we have a leader. The leader should have the traits of have a service attitude, the love for the members, always focus on the priorities, understand the soft stuff, build you unique brand, embrace humour and optimism, commit to excellence, can take risks, reinforce the core values, earn trust of the customers and the employees, take action in whatever should be taking action of, and lastly, aim for the heart because if you aim for the heart it means that you care for everyone even if, you don’t know everything at least they know that you care.

2. B) For me, I chose Educational Psychology, Environmental Psychology, Personality Psychology, Development Psychology and Social Psychology. In Educational Psychology it says that, it deals with problems experienced by some children at school and in other learning situations and in Environmental Psychology it is stated that it is, concerned with the effects of environmental factors such as space, weather building design, crowding and pollution, on behaviour. I want to know if there are really psychological problems experienced by the students in education and how the environment may affect it to the students and how will it help the students fix or adapt or adjust to it.
3.) The 5 topics that I’ve interest with are: Perception, Learning, Memory, Motivation, and Psychology in the Work Place. In Psychology in the work place, I wonder if how I will use the lessons from perception, learning, memory and motivation in real life. It interests me, because I have an instinct that it will be a great topic for this semester. Hopefully, after we tackle the topics, I would apply everything I’ve learned.

4.) The 3 highlights in FEU History and 2 FEU Vision-Mission
In FEU History, the 3 highlights I’ve chosen are: First, “When all the classrooms and laboratories became fully air-conditioned, thus enabling students to concentrate better in their studies since they no longer suffered anymore the heat of our tropical country”. Next is, that the “FEU earned a UNESCO Culture Heritage Conservation Award, countless student awards in national and international competitions, numerous championships in various sports in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines, and top ten places in the government licensure examinations in accountancy, law, nursing, architecture, and education, as well as among the Outstanding Students of the Philippines, Ayala Young Leaders, BPI Pinoy Expat, to name a few”. Lastly, “The tandem took efforts to refurbish historic FEU buildings designed in Art Deco style which has become rare due to the demolition spree of old edifices in the country”. And the 2 FEU Vision-Mission, I’ve chosen, “service-oriented” and “environment-conscious community”.

5.) Guidance Counsellor, Teachers/Educators, Researcher, Special Education, Psychometrician, Organization Development, Training Specialist, HR Officer, HR Planning and Recruitment, Training Development, Performance Management, Compensation Benefit, and Labour Relations.
- I chose the Guidance Counsellor as the first one because in high school, students usually start to ask themselves if what career suppose to take and they are needed to be guided with that. Second is the Teachers/Educators because they are the second parents of the students, they can advice the students about their academic problems, and which is better course for them. My third choice is the Researchers, because they are very important without them, there will be fewer facts/knowledge/studies that might lead of stopping researches. Next is the Special Education, Psychometrician, Organizational Development, Training Specialist, HR Officer, HR Planning and Recruitment, Training Development, Performance Management, Compensation Benefit, and Labour Relations.
